Haha! I just cooked a different kind of Italian spaghetti. Well i used wholemeal pasta so it was different than usual. It’s grainy but i like it. I don’t think it tastes like cardboard at all (as some people have said online, and pati kuya ko sabi ganun; but no i beg to differ, like them other people out there). It actually tastes… hm, how should i say it… grainy? textury? Maganit ba yun?

Wehehehe~

Well matagal na rin akong hindi nagluto ng spaghetti, (as in with real meat, meaning hindi de lata kase may ref, hahaha!) so i decided to buy the ingredients last Sunday. Ayun. Nakita ko ang wholemeal (wheat) pasta. Kakaiba. So naisip ko why not try it. Ano ba pinagkaiba di ba? Parang red/brown rice vs white rice lang siguro so in it went sa aking grocery basket.

And yeah it’s fibery… and slightly gritty? Basta ganun. If you like nice smooth pasta it will be quite an experience for you. Pero ako, sorry na-enjoy ko. Hahaha. Feeling ko mas nabusog ako. More texture while eating. XD Although mejo nasobrahan yata sa alat yung red sauce ko, i forgot yun nga purpose ng cheese di ba in case super asim, still… kung hindi lang matagal i-digest eh kumain pa ulit ako! Hahaha~

I missed my spaghetti, XD, pero mas miss ko yung original version, yung luto ni Inay. hehe.
